Usage Instructions:
1. Please read the product specifications carefully before use, and confirm that the input grid voltage is within the fixed range as per the power supply label.
2. Calculation formula for AC input current: Input current = Output power ÷ Input voltage ÷ Input power factor ÷ Power supply efficiency.
3. Do not open the power supply cover or disassemble the power supply to prevent electric shock or product damage.
4. For personal safety and reduced interference, ensure the safety ground wire is reliably connected to the earth.
5. To extend the power supply's life, maintain distance between the power supply and heat dissipation equipment during installation.
6. When testing the switching power supply, technicians should use an oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 20MHz. To avoid external radiation and interference, remove the probe's ground clip during testing and connect the probe's ground ring to the ground wire of the power supply output, with the probe tip connected to the output voltage terminal of the power supply.

Repair Techniques:
Repair of switching power supplies can be conducted in two steps:
With power off, "look, smell, ask, measure."
Look: Open the power supply casing, check if the fuse is blown, then observe the internal condition of the power supply. If burnt spots or broken components are found on the PCB, focus on checking these components and related circuits.
Smell: Smell for any burnt odor inside the power supply, check for burnt components.
Ask: Inquire about the circumstances of the power supply failure, whether there was any improper operation.
Measure: Before powering on, use a multimeter to measure the voltage across the high-voltage capacitors. If the failure is due to the switching power supply not oscillating or the switching transistor being open, in most cases, the voltage across the high-voltage filter capacitors has not been discharged. This voltage is over 300V, so handle with care. Use a multimeter to measure the forward and reverse resistance of the AC power line and the charging condition of the capacitors. The resistance should not be too low, otherwise, there may be a short circuit inside the power supply. The capacitors should be able to charge and discharge. Disconnect the load, measure the resistance to ground of each output group. Normally, the meter needle should show capacitor charging and discharging swings, finally indicating the discharge resistance value of that circuit.
